FAQ

  • Unable to connect to the Internet or unstable networking

    Reason: The account is not bound, the router signal is weak or interfered.
    Solution: Check account binding, restart the router and move it closer to the door lock; if the signal is poor, replace the router or adjust the antenna position.

  • Door lock continues to alarm

    Reason: The anti-pry switch is triggered.
    Solution: Check whether the door lock has been pried. If there is no abnormality, remove the battery to eliminate the alarm sound, and tighten the battery box screws.

  • Low power or battery exhausted

    Reason: The battery is low or exhausted.
    Solution: Replace the battery in time. In an emergency, you can use a power bank for temporary power supply; when the battery is exhausted, you need to use a mechanical key or contact after-sales.
     

  • Password invalid or forgotten

    Reason: The password was entered incorrectly, expired or reset.
    Solution: Confirm that the password is correct, or reset it through the mobile phone APP; if it is suspected of being tampered with, you can restore the factory settings and reset the password.

  • Fingerprint recognition failed

    Reason: The fingerprint is too dirty, too wet or too dry, or the placement is very different from when it was entered; the sensor is damaged.
    Solution: Clean and dry your finger, and make sure the fingerprint is aligned with the entry position; if it still fails, contact after-sales to check the sensor.
